Job Description

The Property Manager oversees daily operations of a 123-unit apartment community, ensuring strong occupancy, resident satisfaction, and smooth property performance. Responsibilities include leasing, move-ins/move-outs, rent collection, resident relations, marketing, vendor coordination, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing and company policies. The role supervises up to two leasing consultants, conducts regular property inspections, manages maintenance coordination, and ensures accurate reporting and documentation. Requires at least two years of property management or related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Some regional travel may be required.
